Join Lara for a pop-up yoga class at Stewart Park at 10 AM October 4th. Class will be located by the willows at the northeast end of Stewart Park close to the osprey nest and the Ithaca Youth Bureau. 100% proceeds from this class will benefit The Advocacy Center. BYO mat, preferred yoga props, water bottle, and warm layers in case it’s windy by the water. Feel free to bring a blanket or towel to put under your mat for extra comfort!
