Soulful, ceremonial, seasonal outdoor yoga classes taught monthly by Lara Green in support of local organizations doing heart-centered work in our community. Classes will be located on the Northeast side of the park near the Ithaca Youth Bureau and the osprey nest on Tuesday evenings at 6 PM. 

Classes will be rescheduled for inclement weather. Please bring your own mat, water, and any props that support your practice!
